又整批

繼續研究蘋果批個皮。蘋果食晒又唔想去買,咁整我另一至愛香港賓賓快餐嘅香桃菠蘿批.

罐頭桃,菠蘿切粒,加糖,落粟粉水煮杰.
個餡個味幾似㗎喇,但係個皮都係失敗咗. 睇yt有人用酥皮炸.炸出嚟睇落都幾似. 可惜我覺得太薄又吸油。呢個方法冇下次.
剩咗嘅餡同皮都係焗好過.
